Supplies needed :
Tulle spools
Hot glue gun with glue sticks
Laces or ribbons for decoration
Scissors
Measurement tape
I bought these supplies from Hobby Lobby store.
Take measurements according to the size of the dress.
Cut tulle to the desired length by using measuring tape.
Roll the tulle into layers until you get the desired number and cut those layers.
Now place the crochet headband to the support (like box) so that you can tie the knots easily.
Now place the tulle in the second level from the bottom. If you place it from the first bottom level, the thread may cut due to single thread.
Now follow the instructions as shown in the pictures to tie the knots.
Now tie all the knots by placing tulle in the gaps that are in the second layer.
Now by using hot glue gun, glue the laces to the dress.
Now insert the lace in the third layer from the top of the crochet headband to add the hands for the dress.
Now you can tie the back side lace so that you can adjust it while wearing.
A beautiful tulle tutu dress is ready!
